Nashik Autotech Pvt. Ltd. is a manufacturer of sheet metal components and welded assembles. It consists of a state-of-the-art, modern tool room for designing tools, jigs, fixtures and moulds. The company was founded in 1987 in Nashik, India and currently has three plants in Nashik and a warehouse near Chennai.

About Us

Nashik Autotech Pvt. Ltd. was founded in 1987 in Nashik, India. The company consists of a modern state-of-the-art tool room and primarily focuses on manufacturing sheet metal parts and assemblies along with plastic injection moulds for the switchgear components for the electrical industry. All the tools for these components are designed and developed completely in-house.

We have state-of-the-art CNC machines for manufacturing these tools as well as a high-tech inspection room with CMM and Profile Projector and other precision measuring instruments.

We're a supplier to leading automotive component manufacturers and manufacture over 2 million components a month. We are an IATF 16949 certified unit and have received a 100 PPM certification by Hyundai Motor India Ltd.
